What we do with your data.
This notice covers the private pilot run by Atriqa Integrated Marketing Pvt Ltd. It will be reviewed by our lawyers under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act before public launch, and updated here.
Your camera video
Your camera is turned on only after you agree and your browser asks you. During a live try-on, your live camera image is sent to our AI partner, Decart, outside India, only while a garment is shown on you, so the outfit can be drawn on you. We do not record or keep your camera video. It is never used to train models, profile you or advertise to you.
The size scan is different: it runs entirely inside your browser. Your video does not leave your device for the scan, and your measurements stay in your browser until you end the session.
What we keep

What we don't keep
Camera video. Your body measurements (unless a future "save my size" option asks you first). Product images from other stores: they are used only for your request and are not saved or republished. Card details: when payments open, they are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
AI-generated videos
Try-on videos are made by AI and carry an "AI try-on" label. Please don't remove it when you share a video.
Age
Live video try-on is for people aged 18 and over. You confirm this when you create your account.
Your choices
You can stop the camera at any time with "End" in the studio. You can delete your account from your studio page ("Delete my account"); this removes your account and signs you out everywhere. To ask what we hold about you, or to raise a concern, use the contact form on our home page and choose "Asking for a pilot invite" or any option. A named grievance officer will be listed here before public launch.
Who we share with
Decart (live try-on, as described above). Nobody else. We don't sell your data.
